Aggressive Driving Offense In Las Vegas Nevada
- Aggressive driving is a serious offense – not to mention dangerous. It is a misdemeanor offense that carries a fine from $200 up to $1,000, and can mean jail time if you are convicted. Aggressive drivers are everywhere; drivers who run red lights, those who tailgate, those who change lanes erratically, those who race on the highway, etc,.Nevada traffic law makes Agressive Driving an offense in and of itself – if a driver creates an immediate hazard and then commits two other offenses over the course of the next mile, he could be prosecuted for aggressive driving independently of the other offenses. This means that this is a conviction that can potentially carry consequences equivalent to three tickets in one!
